Admission

Step 1: Families interested in attending CHSA can fill out an interest meeting form online. A representative will reach out to schedule a school tour.

Step 2: After attending the school tour and if still interested parents can fill out an application for each child applying. There is a 1-time nonrefundable application fee of $150.00 and $25.00 for each additional child. 

​

Step 3: Upon review of application an appointment will be set for a parent interview and student assessment. 

​

Step 4: Once all steps have been completed parents will be notified of the admissions decision.
